Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a refund.

If the print you have received is damaged and you want to return or replace it, we recommend that you take a photo of the damaged print and email it to us at support@intosport.co.uk. Once we have received this we can immediately set up the process for either a replacement or a return/refund. 

If you want to return the print for any other reason and would like a refund, then to be eligible for a return, the print must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
